Depending on the contact method used, the following information may be processed:

3. How the quote form works
The quote form works directly in your browser. The information entered is used to construct a structured WhatsApp message.
The Mindset Dev Solutions website does not submit the form to a database and does not store its content on its own server.
When you select the submission button, WhatsApp opens with the prepared message. The information may then be processed by WhatsApp according to its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Purposes
The information provided is only used to:
- Respond to a question or contact request.
- Understand the requirements of a project.
- Prepare a proposal or quote.
- Discuss the scope, price and implementation of a project.
- Manage a professional relationship.
5. Basis for processing
Processing is based on your voluntary action when you contact Mindset Dev Solutions, request a quote or provide information concerning your project.
Some information may also be necessary to prepare or perform a contractual relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Recipients and external services
Information received is intended for the person responsible for Mindset Dev Solutions and is not sold.
Depending on the contact method selected, information may be processed by WhatsApp, your email provider, the Mindset Dev Solutions email provider or the telephone operator.
These providers may operate infrastructure outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Their own terms and policies apply to their services.
7. Retention
The website itself does not retain the content of the quote form.
Messages received through WhatsApp or email are retained only for the period necessary to respond, manage the project or comply with a legal obligation. They may then be deleted when no longer needed.
8. Technical data and hosting
Once the website is published, the hosting provider may automatically generate technical logs containing information such as the IP address, browser, date, time and requested pages.
This technical information may be used for website operation, security and diagnosis. This section will be clarified after the final hosting provider has been selected.
9. Cookies and analytics
In its current version, the website does not install advertising cookies and does not use an audience analytics tool.
External services opened after a click, including WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and Google Play, may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
This policy must be updated before an analytics, advertising or non-essential cookie tool is added.
10. Security
Mindset Dev Solutions limits requested information to what is useful for understanding and processing a request.
The form does not use a database. When deployed, the website must use HTTPS and properly configured hosting.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, banking information or sensitive data through the form.
11. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your information. You may also object to certain processing or request portability where this right applies.

The services presented on this website are not specifically directed at children.
